We’re open Monday to Saturday from 10:30am to 8:30pm, and Sunday from 10:30am to 5:30pm. Hours can change on bank holidays and in the run-up to Christmas, so check our homepage before you visit.

Lucky Gyros is in the food court at Manchester Arndale shopping centre, at Kiosk 11 to 12, Manchester M4 3AD. The easiest way to reach us is from Market Street. Head into the Arndale, take the big escalator up to the food court and follow your nose. We’re a short walk from Market Street and Shudehill tram stops and from Manchester Victoria station.

Yes. Our kiosk is in the Arndale food court, with plenty of shared seating right next to us.

Yes. Order at our counter or kiosk and ask for it to take away. Everything comes in takeaway packaging, ready to eat on the go.

Yes. You can order Lucky Gyros for delivery across Manchester city centre on Deliveroo.

Yes. Our full menu is halal, including our chicken and lamb.

Yes. About half our menu is vegetarian, including our halloumi gyros, halloumi platter and Greek Fries with feta.

Yes. About a quarter of our menu is vegan, including the Mighty Vegan gyros, the vegan platter, and hummus with pitta.

Yes. Our rice bowls and salad boxes are good gluten-free choices, and we have other gluten-free options across the menu. Everything is made in the same kitchen, so we can’t guarantee there’s no cross-contamination with gluten. If you have coeliac disease, please speak to a team member before you order.

Yes. If you have an allergy or any dietary requirement, please tell a team member and order at the till rather than the self-order kiosk. We’ll talk you through what’s in each dish and what you can safely eat.

The Club is the Lucky Gyros loyalty scheme, and it’s free to join. You earn Chips every time you spend, swap them for free food, and get free fries and a dip just for joining.

Scan the QR code at our counter, or join when you order at the kiosk. Your free fries and dip are waiting for you on your next visit, within 14 days.

You earn 10 Chips for every £1 you spend, and double Chips on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. You can swap your Chips for free food at the till or kiosk: 250 Chips for any side, 800 Chips for any gyros, salad or rice bowl, and 1,300 Chips for any platter (except the Feaster Platter). Chips last for six months.
